Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at https://tryentitle.com and any related pages operated by TryEntitle (“TryEntitle,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Use of this site
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or our systems, scrape it in a way that impairs its operation, or interfere with other visitors’ use of it.
Browsing this site or submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship with TryEntitle and does not constitute an offer to provide services. A client relationship is formed only when both parties execute a separate written engagement agreement.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, layout, and the TryEntitle name and marks — is owned by TryEntitle or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial reference only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from site content without our prior written consent, except as allowed by mandatory law.
No professional advice
Content on this site is for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, medical, accounting, insurance, financial, or other professional advice. You should not act, or refrain from acting, based solely on content on this site. Seek advice from a qualified professional familiar with your circumstances.
Disclaimers
This site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. That includes, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TryEntitle’s total liability arising out of or relating to your use of this site shall not exceed one hundred pounds sterling (£100). We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Liability arising from a paid engagement is governed by that engagement agreement, not by these website Terms.
Third-party links and services
This site links to or integrates with third-party services, including our scheduling provider, Calendly. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, or terms of third-party services. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies.
Privacy
How we collect and use personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using this site, you also acknowledge that policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, stop using the site.
Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the site.
