Operations, rebuilt
Your team is doing work a workflow should be doing.
TryEntitle finds the manual, document-heavy work buried in your operation, redesigns it, and automates it — with a person kept exactly where judgment is needed.
- No software to buy
- Works with your current tools
- You own every workflow we build

Where the hours go
Five leaks, in almost every operation we open up.
None of them look like a crisis. Together they cost you a full-time salary a year.
- Retyped by hand
Manual intake
Client information arrives by email, PDF, phone, and portal — then someone types it into your system by hand.
- No queue
Inbox handoffs
Work lives in someone's inbox. If they're out, it stops. Nobody can see the queue.
- 3× entry
Duplicate entry
The same details get entered into three systems, and the third one is always slightly wrong.
- Days, not minutes
Slow approvals
A file waits days for a signature that takes ninety seconds, because nobody knows it’s waiting.
- Monthly rebuild
Manual reporting
Someone rebuilds the same spreadsheet every Monday because the data won’t come out clean.
What this isn't
Not software you have to learn. Not a fixed package you have to fit into.
Three ways this problem usually gets handled. Only one of them ends with the work actually running.
Alternative
Do it yourself
You already know where the mess is. You just don’t have three months to fix it.
- Where it breaks
- Time you don’t have
- Costs
- The work doesn’t get done

Great demo. Then it hits your actual edge cases and someone quietly goes back to the spreadsheet.

What we do
Work with TryEntitle
We map your real process, redesign it, build the automation, and stay on the exceptions.
- Where it breaks
- Nothing — exceptions route to a person
- Costs
- One fixed-scope engagement, then it runs
Services
Six ways we take work off your team.
Most engagements start with one. They rarely stay there.
Workflow Strategy Assessment
Find out what's actually costing you
We map your real process — not the one in the handbook — and rank every step by hours, risk, and how automatable it is. You get the map whether or not you work with us.

Software that does the steps, not just the reminders

Document Operations
Turn paperwork into structured data
Intake forms, contracts, claims, invoices, and reports — read, extracted, validated, and filed into your system in the right place, first time.

Integrations & Process Intelligence
Your systems, finally talking
We connect what you already pay for, then instrument it so you can see where work slows down before it becomes a problem.

- Bottleneck reporting
- Cycle times
The engagement
You'll know what you're committing to before you commit to it.
Four steps from the first call to a workflow that runs. You see the scope and the price before anything gets built.
- Day 0
Workflow review
A 30-minute call. We ask what your team does by hand and where things stall. No slides.
You getA shortlist of what to fix first
- Week 1
Process map & scope
We document the real workflow, show you where the hours are, and price a fixed scope.
Walk away here and you keep the map.
You getA process map and a fixed price
- Weeks 2–4
Build & pilot
We build it, run it alongside your current process, and tune it against real cases — not test data.
You getA working workflow, proven on real cases
- Ongoing
Run & watch
It goes live. We stay on the exceptions and report on what it’s saving you.
You getReporting, and a person on the exceptions
How we differ
Full automation is a promise nobody keeps. We don’t make it.
Most of the work in a document-heavy process is repetitive and safe to automate. The rest is judgment — the unusual claim, the client who replies with something nobody anticipated, the number that looks wrong. We automate the repeatable part completely, and route the rest to a person with the full context attached. That is why our workflows are still running six months later.
- Every decision logged
- Every exception routed
- Every workflow yours to keep
Who this is for
If your business runs on documents and deadlines, this applies.
Seven fields we know the paperwork of. Each one names the workflow we would fix first.
- HealthcarePatient intake, prior authorizations, and referral paperwork — captured once, routed correctly, HIPAA-conscious throughout.
- LegalClient intake, document review prep, matter setup, and billing capture — without a paralegal re-typing the same details four times.
- InsuranceClaims intake, document collection, and status updates handled automatically, with adjusters seeing only what needs a human call.
- AccountingClient document chasing, onboarding packets, and reconciliation prep — so busy season stops meaning night shifts.
- Real Estate & Property ManagementApplications, lease packets, maintenance requests, and owner reporting, routed and filed the moment they arrive.
- ConstructionBids, submittals, change orders, and compliance documents tracked across every job without a single WhatsApp thread.
- Professional ServicesProposals, onboarding, project intake, and recurring client reporting, running without a project manager babysitting them.
Not on the list? If your team handles documents, approvals, and deadlines by hand, the same approach applies.

Run the number
What is manual work costing you this year?
1,152hours a year
$43,776before errors and delays
An estimate from your own inputs, not a benchmark. Bring it to the call and we will pressure-test it against your actual process.
Why trust us yet
We’re new. Here’s what we’ll put in writing.
Ownership
01
You keep the map.
After the assessment, the process documentation is yours — whether or not we go further.
Scope
02
Fixed scope, fixed price.
You approve a written scope before anything is built. No hourly drift.
Data
03
Your data stays yours.
We work inside your systems, under your access controls, with a signed DPA. Nothing is used to train anything.
Guarantee
04
If it doesn’t run, you don’t pay for it.
If a workflow doesn’t hit the agreed outcome in the pilot, we rebuild it or refund the build fee.
- DPA available
- HIPAA-conscious workflows
- SOC 2 — roadmap, not yet certified
Questions
The things people ask before booking.
The assessment takes about a week. For most scopes the first workflow is live two to four weeks after that, because we build against one real process rather than a platform rollout.
No. We build around your current stack. If a tool is genuinely holding you back, we’ll say so — and say why.
Scoped per engagement after the assessment, because a three-person firm and a sixty-person operation aren’t the same job. You see a fixed number before anything is built.
They stop re-typing and start handling the work that needs them — the exceptions, the judgment calls, and the client conversations that were getting squeezed out.
We work inside your systems under your permissions, sign a DPA, and don’t move data anywhere it doesn’t already live. Details are on the Security page.
That’s the normal starting condition. The mapping step exists precisely because nobody’s process is documented accurately.
Thirty minutes. Bring your worst process.
No deck, no discovery gauntlet. You describe what your team does by hand, and we tell you what we’d automate first and roughly what it’d take. If it isn’t a fit, we’ll say that too.
